Why Choose Our Specialized Foundation Crack Repair in Sellersville, PA

Four commitments that separate a properly trained foundation crack repair crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.

Professional Foundation Crack Repair technician working in Sellersville, PA
1

Structural Crack Classification

Every technician is trained to distinguish non-structural shrinkage cracks from active movement cracks before recommending a repair method.

2

Rapid Dispatch for Active Leaks

Non-emergency evaluations are typically scheduled within a few days of your initial call.

3

Priced Per Crack, Not Per Hour

Structural cracks needing engineering review are priced separately and clearly, never bundled silently into a standard quote.

4

Dual Resin Systems On Every Truck

Polyurethane, which stays flexible and expands to fill voids, is used for active leaks and seasonal movement.

Comprehensive Foundation Crack Repair Service Solutions

Each service below is scoped specifically to foundation crack repair, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.

Polyurethane Injection for Active Leaks

Because it cures flexible, it accommodates the minor seasonal movement concrete foundations naturally undergo without re-cracking at the same point.

Epoxy Structural Bonding

Reserved for confirmed non-active cracks — injecting epoxy into a still-moving crack just cracks the epoxy itself.

Stair-Step Crack & Wall Movement Evaluation

Stair-step cracking in block or brick walls typically signals soil pressure or settlement beyond what injection alone resolves.

Carbon Fiber & Wall Anchor Reinforcement

A specialized repair beyond simple injection — we walk you through the engineering rationale before recommending it.

Exterior Grading Correction

We evaluate downspout extensions, soil slope, and window well drainage as part of a complete repair.

How Our Foundation Crack Repair Process Works

Four steps, start to finish — from the first call to a properly classified and injected crack.

1

Call Dispatch

Photos texted ahead of the visit help the technician arrive with a working classification hypothesis.

2

Rapid Mobile Arrival

Trucks carry both polyurethane and epoxy systems, plus a crack width gauge for precise classification on site.

3

Expert Assessment & Written Quote

The technician measures crack width, checks for displacement, and confirms water presence before recommending a resin.

4

Guaranteed Resolution

Injected cracks are checked for full-depth fill with a follow-up inspection, not just sealed on the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

High-intent questions we hear most often about foundation crack repair in Sellersville, PA.

How soon can a technician evaluate my foundation crack in Sellersville, PA?+
Response time depends mainly on whether water is actively present — that's what moves a job up the schedule.
Do you provide upfront, flat-rate pricing?+
If a crack turns out more complex once opened, we discuss any change before proceeding, never after the invoice arrives.
How do you decide between epoxy and polyurethane?+
Polyurethane is used for active leaks and seasonal movement since it cures flexible; epoxy is reserved for stable, non-water cracks needing rigid bonding.
Is every foundation crack a structural problem?+
No — most cracks we see are non-structural shrinkage or settlement cracks well suited to injection.
Will the crack come back after injection?+
Re-leaking is more common when the underlying cause, like poor grading, isn't addressed alongside the injection.
Do you repair cracks in block foundation walls, not just poured concrete?+
Yes, though block wall cracks are evaluated a bit differently since stair-step patterns often indicate soil pressure rather than shrinkage.
Can I fill a crack myself with a hardware-store kit first?+
A surface-level DIY patch rarely addresses the full depth of an active crack, and it can actually make diagnosis harder once we're called in.

Sellersville was founded in the early 18th century. It was centered on a major road known as Bethlehem Pike that connected Philadelphia to Bethlehem and the rest of what was then far Western Pennsylvania. The town was very small and was called Sellers Tavern. Its most notable feature was a large inn. The present Washington House in Sellersville, however, was not Sellers Tavern. The town grew slowly over the years until the Industrial Revolution. In the 1860s the North Pennsylvania Railroad was built, running parallel to Bethlehem Pike: this stimulated the growth of light textile industries and brought a wave of population growth. The East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek runs through the town which connects it to an adjacent town of Perkasie. This creek was dammed in the early 20th century creating a small body of water known as Lake Lenape. Along the length of the lake a park was built on Perkasie and Sellersville lands. In the 1920s and 1930s this park housed a carousel, a roller coaster and several other amusements. The railroad brought hundreds of people from Philadelphia in the summer time, and it became a well known vacation spot for blue collar city workers.
